The building itself is nice, but small, the staff could use alot of improvement. It is extremely overpriced for the amount of time you get to use it for. To have to pay 450 dollars and have your guests leave by midnight so you have one hour to clean is nearly impossible. Not only that the staff on duty can tell you, that you have cleaned and left everything in good conditions and then you turn around and get billed for insane conditions. So no please go elsewhere for your party needs. I hear Perryton's Rodeo does not charge and they do the cleaning and have more time to party. It was cleaned properly and have alot of people that were witnesses to the cleaning, They must have made their own mess to be able to keep the deposit.
